Clifton is the nearest open branch covering this pin. The order pops up on the branch screen with a bell alert until someone accepts.
Prep time is logged against the branch and shows up in HQ reporting next to every other branch.
Imran is 400 m away and free. One tap assigns him, and the customer gets a WhatsApp message with a tracking link.

Delivery FAQ
Can two branches cover the same area?
Yes. When zones overlap, the order goes to the nearest open branch. You can also set a priority branch per zone.
Do drivers need a separate app?
Drivers use the OrderConnects Driver App on Android. It shows assigned orders, navigation, customer contact and cash to collect.
Can we use our own riders and a third-party courier?
Yes. Assign your own drivers in the app, or mark an order as handed to a courier and add the tracking reference.
Can we change fees for rain or late nights?
Yes. Set special timings per branch with a different fee or minimum order, and they switch on and off by schedule.
