Know your food cost per branch, every day.
Every sale deducts its recipe from branch stock. Low stock raises a purchase order, central kitchen transfers are tracked to the gram, and wastage has a reason code.
Real food cost, not a month-end guess
Recipes and sales give you theoretical cost daily. Counts give you actual. The gap is your leak.
Stop running out mid-service
Par levels per branch trigger alerts and draft POs before the Friday rush, not during it.
Catch wastage and shrinkage early
Wastage needs a reason code, transfers need a receipt, and variances show which branch to visit.
From a sale at the counter to stock on the shelf
Recipes and auto-deduction
Variations and add-ons carry their own quantities.
Purchase orders
Branches raise POs against par. HQ approves above a limit.
Supplier price lists
Approved suppliers and agreed prices, set once.
Central kitchen transfers
Packed, dispatched and received, with variances flagged.
Wastage with reasons
Over-prep, spoilage or breakage, logged per branch.
Food cost % per branch
Theoretical against actual, every week.
From a sale at the counter to stock on the shelf
The POS ticket and online orders feed the same recipe engine. Nothing is entered twice.
Each item's recipe is subtracted from DHA Phase 6 stock the moment the order is accepted.
At 18.4 kg against a par of 40 kg, the branch manager and HQ purchasing both get an alert.
The PO uses HQ's agreed price. Anything over Rs 50,000 waits for HQ approval.
The branch counts what arrived. A short delivery is flagged automatically.
HQ sees theoretical against actual cost per branch, so a 2-point gap shows up this week, not next quarter.
Inventory FAQ
Do we have to enter every recipe ourselves?
We import your recipes from a spreadsheet during setup, and you can edit them later.
Can the central kitchen produce items that branches then sell?
Yes. Production recipes turn raw stock into prepared items such as marinated chicken or sauces, which are transferred to branches as stock.
Can items go out of stock on the menu automatically?
Yes. When a key ingredient hits zero at a branch, linked menu items can be hidden from that branch's online menu.
