What if nobody accepts an order?
The alert repeats and escalates to the branch manager after a set time. You can also auto-reject after a limit so the customer is told quickly.
Can the kitchen use a separate screen?
Yes. Open the kitchen view on any tablet, filtered to accepted and preparing orders.
Can we customise the statuses?
The core statuses are fixed so reporting stays comparable. You can add notes and sub-steps per branch.
