Is there a commission on orders?
No. You pay per branch per month. Payment gateway fees are charged by your gateway at their normal rate.
What counts as a branch?
Any location that takes or prepares orders. A cloud kitchen running three brands from one kitchen counts as one branch.
Can we switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply from your next billing cycle.
Do you charge for setup?
Setup and onboarding is a one-time fee per branch covering menu import, zone setup, training and go-live support. It is waived on annual Enterprise.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer for PKR invoices. AED, GBP and USD invoices are paid by card or bank transfer.
